Why is my Trustly payment unsuccessful?

There are number of reasons why a payment through Trustly could be unsuccessful.

As a first action, please check the following:

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds available on your account, also counting in possible pending transactions

  • Confirm that the payment is within your bank's accepted debit limits.

    Note: You may have a transaction limit, a daily limit, or both.

  • Banks in Sweden usually have a transaction limit. Please check the limits set by your bank. The limit might also depend on authentication method.

Our recommendation

If you increased the transaction limits already, but the payment is still unsuccessful, please try splitting your payments into several payments of smaller amounts. There are no restrictions from Saldo Bank regarding the number of transactions when making a payment.

If you are still unable to make the payment to Saldo Bank, please contact your bank's customer support and report the issue.
