Saldo Bank is recruiting Sales Manager to strengthen our corporate team. We are looking for someone to increase our SME (small and medium sized enterprises) sales in the Lithuanian market.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 3+ years of experience in sales roles, demonstrating a true passion for driving growth

  • Is highly motivated by achieving fixed goals and consistently meets or exceeds performance targets

  • Shows a strong commitment to developing and enhancing new products and sales channels, contributing to the company's overall growth strategy

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

  • Selling various financial products and solutions to companies. Contacting both new and existing clients, helping SMEs to find suitable financial solutions, managing client agreements and price negotiations and ensuring active and long-term client management.

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential SME clients through various sales channels, including (continuous) cold calling

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with SMEs to drive repeat sales and loyalty.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements/Qualification

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in financial products or telephone subscriptions, electronics, magazines etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a resilient attitude.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.

  • Work experience in fintech/banking considered a plus

The salary range for this position is 2800 - 3600 EUR (gross) per month (depending on the previous work experience. Base salary includes mandatory sales targets) + bonus system (on top of sales made after decided amount of sales which depends on salary level)
