Saldo Bank is recruiting a Customer Success Specialist to our Customer Success team to serve corporate clients. We are looking for someone to enhance our SME customer support in the Finnish market.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is highly motivated by providing exceptional service and consistently meets or exceeds performance targets.

  • Shows a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs, contributing to the company's overall customer satisfaction strategy.

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for SME customers, providing professional and friendly support.

  • Handle customer inquiries, assist with the application process, and guide customers through necessary steps to complete their applications.

  • Negotiate with customers to gather required documents, data, and information about their business.

  • Collaborate closely with our risk department to facilitate credit decisions.

  • Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with SMEs to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Other back office tasks such as maintaining and updating client databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date, inputting client data and systems, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Has at least 2+ years of experience in customer support roles, demonstrating a true passion for helping customers succeed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a resilient attitude.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Work experience in fintech/banking is considered a plus.
