Sales and Product Manager

Saldo Bank is looking for a Sales and Product Manager to join our Finnish team. In this role, you will focus on sales, product project management, and partnership development for the bank's corporate finance sector. This position is ideal for a driven individual who thrives on achieving sales targets and shaping impactful financial products and collaborative partnerships.
Key responsibilities
Sales and Client Engagement: Actively identify and reach out to potential SME and corporate clients to offer tailored financial solutions. SMEs often require flexible financing solutions, and your role will be to help match them with suitable options. This includes handling client applications, conducting outreach through calls and emails, and negotiating deal terms to ensure clients receive the best possible financial products tailored to their needs.
Product Project Management: Collaborate with the product team to develop, enhance, and manage financial products, including corporate loans and specialized financial solutions designed to meet SME and corporate needs.
Partnership Management: Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with other companies. Seek out new potential partnerships, that can help increase bank’s SME client base, driving growth and expanding the reach of our financial products
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive product improvements and ensure offerings align with company objectives and customer demands.
Product Improvements: Lead planning and execution for new product improvements, ensuring successful delivery to market.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMEs and corporate clients, fostering repeat business, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
Data and Documentation: Keep accurate client records to ensure smooth customer interactions, efficient sales processes, and well-informed decision-making.
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years in sales or project management, ideally in financial services or corporate financing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
Sales experience with financial and loan products, particularly with SME and corporate clients is considered a plus.
Experience in partnership management, with a strong ability to establish and nurture business relationships considered a plus
Experience in product or project management, especially in financial product development or loan solutions considered a plus
Strong proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in fintech or banking considered a plus.
