• Full lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal

• Analyzing business requirements, selecting appropriate IT systems (including automation and AI-based solutions), and managing their implementation

• Initial vendor assessments, project management for new vendor onboarding, ongoing vendor relationship management, SLA reviews, and incident escalation

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT assets, including operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides

• Managing user access to IT systems

• Proven experience managing IT systems throughout their lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and disposal

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new IT systems.

• Demonstrated ability to assess vendors, and manage vendor relationships

• The ability to create and maintain clear, concise documentation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Project management experience

• Familiarity with latest advancements in AI and its application in business processes

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Work experience in Fintech or regulated environments
