• Be part of credit scoring system development, including:

1. Identifying data sources

2. Calibrating Credit Decision rules

3. Developing Credit Risk models

4. Developing other models (churn, limit usage, etc.)

5. Calibrating offer/price generation process

• Develop and maintain other models (i.e. IFRS 9, customer segmentation, etc.)

• Have a close collaboration with business/marketing units to improve business efficiency

• Provide data insights to management for data driven decision making

• Monitor and validate credit risk and other existing models

• Suggest improvements, changes needed in daily tasks as well as processes, initiate and facilitate changes to achieve continuous improvement

• Continuously improve and innovate existing risk management processes in relation to business growth

• Be open to share knowledge within the team and organization

• At least 2 years experience of credit risk modelling

• At least 4 years of analytical experience

• Strong knowledge of SQL, R/Python coding

• In-depth knowledge of financial services and relevant regulatory requirements

• Excellent command of English language

• University degree in a technical field (Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar)

• Creative way of thinking as well as implementation of new ideas

• Open-minded and co-operative personality

• Excellent time management skills

• Results orientation

• Ability to train, share knowledge with co-workers

• Be able to work individually as well as in a team
