How to block your Credit Card

If you have lost your credit card, believe someone else might have used it, or suspect that someone knows your credit card details, it's crucial to block your card immediately to prevent any unauthorized transactions. Follow these steps to protect your account:

  1. Log in to your account at my.saldo.com

  2. Go to the "Freeze Card" function in the Credit Card settings

Freezing your card will temporarily disable it, ensuring that no one can use it while you investigate further or arrange for a replacement.
